On Aug., 9th, 2014, China Nonferrous Metals Association Recycling Metal Branch organized the exchange meeting in Ningbo for recycling enterprises of Zhejiang area, and full exchange and discussion about national policy, local development and market situation were included. 100 more enterprise representatives attended the meeting.

Wang Jiwei, Secretary General of China Nonferrous Metals Association Recycling Metal Branch introduced , according to which recycling aluminum enterprises, recycling brass enterprises and smelting, processing and utilizing enterprises of recycling electronic appliances will be also covered to enjoy VAT drawback policy, other than domestic recycling scrap copper enterprises only.
