Due to the important role of recycling nonferrous metals industry playing in the nonferrous metals industry sustainable development, the state is paying more attention to CMRA. CMRA’s performance is under the guidance of National Development and Reform Commission, State Environmental Protection Administration, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and General Administration of Customs.
